Position Summary
The Clinical Education Content Manager plays a pivotal role in providing necessary training materials and educational content through various forms of media. This role will focus on Straumann Group USA's Dental Service Organization ("DSO") partners.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Develop training materials to support the continued clinical use of Neodent, Straumann, Medentika, ClearCorrect and other products and services from the Straumann Group USA portfolio within the DSO networks
• Manage clinical education content on various media platforms such as YouTube
• Work in collaboration with the Straumann Group internal Marketing team on the development of DSO specific educational material
• Liaison and work with Manager of Clinic al Education and territory managers to develop innovative and impactful content
• Responsible for education initiatives and activities related to Straumann Group products and services within DSO networks
• Present and educate clinicians and staff, sales representatives, and all levels of corporate client personnel
• Develop internal training initiatives
• 40% of travel both nationally and internationally
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant or hygienist
• 2+ years of experience in supporting training and education initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in content management and marketing
• Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
• Strong organization and planning skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations
• Ability to work with many different customers from varying clinical and non-clinical backgrounds
• Ability to think strategically an understand larger business implications of decisions
• Strong writing, presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed and self-motivated
Salary: $108,000 - $125,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
