The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock invites applications for a clinical faculty position from board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologists. Our rapidly growing department is housed in a new, purpose-built Radiation Oncology Center on the UAMS campus—equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, including:
- One IBA Proteus® ONE proton unit with C-Rad surface-guided radiation therapy (SGRT)
- One Varian Edge with C-Rad SGRT
- One Varian TrueBeam (Millennium 120 MLC) with C-Rad SGRT
- One Varian ETHOS adaptive radiotherapy system
- HDR suite with an Elekta Nucletron HDR unit and in-room imaging ring
- Philips Brilliance Big Bore 16-slice CT scanner and Philips Spectral CT 5700 (dual-energy CT)
- Three SDX respiratory gating systems

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or an equivalent certifying body
- Eligibility for an Arkansas medical license prior to the start of employment
