Irving & Associates in Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing quality mental health care to individuals of all ages in the Downers Grove and surrounding areas. We are looking for an empathic, compassionate clinician to join our practice. This position will be responsible for providing outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and their families.
Responsibilities include assessing symptoms and treatment needs, referring client to specialists as needed, monitoring progress during treatment, and providing a comfortable environment in which clients are treated. Candidates must have the knowledge and skills to provide quality care to our clients.

Requirements
Qualifications
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Licensed as a social worker, counselor or marriage and family therapist in Illinois - LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT, etc.
Prior experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and/or adults.
Excellent communication skills.
Empathy for clients.
Confidentiality with client information.
Must provide a minimum of 25 hours a week with availability in the evenings and on Saturdays.
Additional Information Required: Two letters of recommendation and proof of license will be required upon interviewing.
