What You'll Do
• Provide clinical and product expertise across the full Mindray ventilator portfolio in both pre-sale and post-sale environments
• Partner with sales teams during the pre-sale process by delivering clinical presentations and demonstrations that align customer needs with solution-based recommendations
• Lead on-site clinical evaluations and trials to assess workflows, clinical requirements, and customer objectives
• Deliver comprehensive in-service training by designing and executing customized education plans tailored to each clinical environment
• Conduct hospital workflow and inventory assessments to support optimized implementation and utilization
• Support product installations and solution set-ups in collaboration with sales, CARE, and hospital staff
• Troubleshoot clinical application issues both on-site and remotely, acting as a liaison between customers and internal technical, service, engineering, and product teams
• Develop implementation and configuration roadmaps with customers to ensure clinical and operational goals are met
• Maintain ongoing communication with sales leadership, customers, and cross-functional partners to support sustained clinical success
• Participate in trade shows, regional meetings, and internal training events to stay aligned with evolving clinical solutions and market needs
• Contribute to overall sales effectiveness and revenue growth, with shared accountability to team performance goals
What You'll Bring
• Respiratory Therapist (RT) or comparable clinical degree strongly preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on clinical experience in critical care (respiratory therapy and/or nursing)
• 2+ years of clinical sales or clinical specialist experience within the ventilation space
• Strong working knowledge of ventilator applications in critical care environments
• Pediatric or NICU clinical experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, solution-oriented messaging
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working across multiple clinical settings
• Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced field environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce
Travel & Physical Requirements
• Extensive travel required (approximately 7580%), including 34 overnight stays per week
• Ability to stand and present for extended periods (23 hours at a time) in hospital and training settings
• Ability to move and position ventilation equipment weighing up to 50 pounds within hospital environments
• Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport
