Description
The Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation — the philanthropic arm of Delta Dental of Oklahoma — is a statewide leader in advancing dental health education and expanding access to care. Alongside funding community organizations through a robust grant program, we also operate several internal educational and dental care initiatives that directly serve Oklahomans.
We are seeking a Foundation Manager to join our mission-driven team. This pivotal role provides both operational and personnel leadership to ensure the Foundation’s programs run efficiently, effectively, and with maximum community impact.
The Manager oversees day-to-day Foundation operations and specific staff while leading our educational and grant programs. Strengthening public awareness of the Foundation’s programs and services is also a key responsibility; therefore, experience in communications, marketing, or public relations is highly valuable.
This role enters a well-established environment supported by experienced, long-tenured professionals. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who values institutional knowledge while offering fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Management, Business, Communications, or Leadership preferred, plus a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in public relations, marketing, or communications.
- Nonprofit fundraising or grant program experience is a plus.
