This RN position focuses heavily on care management and coordination, including lab order entry, pre-appointment clinical preparation, obtaining and uploading external medical records, and will include patient follow up calls with emphasis on patient education for lab results and how these results impact the treatment plan. EPIC inbox experience and task list proficiency highly preferred.
