Position Highlights
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules (4–5 days/week, Monday–Friday)
- No routine evenings or weekends
- Shared telephone call (approximately 1 week every 6 months) with nurse triage support
- 34 hours of patient care and 6 hours of administrative time weekly (for full-time, 40-hour schedule).

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. You will work within a team-based model, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to quality improvement and population health initiatives aligned with the quintuple aim.
Physicians in this role also serve as clinical leaders—mentoring advanced practice providers, managing more complex patient panels, and helping to shape care delivery in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
