Join our team as a Pharmacy Associate Clinical Director in Yakima, WA!
This position serves as a senior pharmacist for all Washington and Oregon clinics and dental offices. Working with the Clinical Pharmacy Director, you'll provide strategic leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in medication management and pharmacy systems.

Who we are looking for:
We're seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative pharmacy operations leader with expertise in 340B inventory control, cost management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of community pharmacy practices, state and federal pharmacy laws, and business processes. They are a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of guiding teams, making sound decisions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office tools is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 340B operations, ensuring compliance and supporting clinical program standards.
Collaborate with leadership on inventory management, medication ordering, and audit preparedness
Oversee compliance with state/federal drug laws and accreditation standards across all medication storage areas
Manage controlled substance programs, including CSOS registrations and purchase authorizations
Coordinate pharmacy and clinic licensure, support new site openings, and ensure timely renewals
Lead and support pharmacy operations, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements
Supervise, coach, and develop staff through performance management, training, and recruitment
Participate in multidisciplinary committees and contribute to policy development, inspections, and provider collaboration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
4 years' experience working as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacy Director. This includes two years' experience supervising a team in a clinical environment.
Experience working in clinical settings and managing 340b inventory is preferred
WA & OR State Pharmacist license is required within 90 days
Apexus Certified Operations Expert within 6 months
