President BILH Performance Network – Population Health & Managed Care

Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network (BILHPN) is seeking a President BILH Performance Network – Population Health & Managed Care, a leadership role responsible for shaping population health strategy, leading value-based care initiatives, and overseeing managed care contracting and payer partnerships across the system. BILHPN includes more than 4,700 providers, including 800 primary care physicians, and 14 hospitals across eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Together, we are advancing value-based care, managed care strategy, and improved outcomes for the communities we serve.

This highly visible role will lead population health strategy and value-based care initiatives across the network, oversee managed care contracting and payer partnerships, and collaborate closely with physicians, hospitals, and system leaders to advance quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care. Reporting directly to the BILH Chief Clinical Officer and the BILHPN Board of Managers, this role provides system-wide visibility and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact.
