In this role, you'll apply microbiological and epidemiological insights to guide standards, research, and regulatory decisions. You'll lead scientific and statistical work, provide expert risk advice, deepen internal capability, and manage foodborne illness data and reporting. You'll also support responses to emerging incidents and help improve systems that track human health impacts.
