Your Day-to-Day
You will perform a broad range of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including:
- Diagnostic and interventional coronary angiography, including complex and high-risk PCI
- Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) interventions and endovascular procedures
- Structural heart and vascular access procedures as clinically indicated
- Management of acute coronary syndromes, including STEMI and cardiogenic shock
- Right and left heart catheterization and hemodynamic assessment
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care alongside a full cardiovascular and vascular surgery team
Compensation & Benefits
Champion Heart & Vascular Center offers one of the strongest compensation and autonomy packages in the Southeast:
- Base salary of $600,000–$700,000, commensurate with experience
- Total earning potential of $1,000,000+ through production-based incentives
- Partnership track beginning Day 1

What We're Looking For
- MD or DO with completed Cardiology fellowship and Interventional Cardiology fellowship training
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure
