We're looking for a talented, motivated Certified Orthotist (CO) to join our clinical team.

The Opportunity
At Biodesign, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while being supported by modern technology, experienced colleagues and advanced in-house manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, gait analysis and orthotic treatment planning.
Managing a diverse caseload involving pediatric, adult, neurological and complex orthopedic conditions.
Providing custom orthotic solutions, including AFOs, KAFOs, SMOs, CROW walkers and other specialized devices.
Collaborating with physicians, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
Utilizing digital scanning, CAD/CAM and modern fabrication technologies.
Contributing to clinical excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
Sharing knowledge and supporting the professional development of colleagues.
Who We're Looking For
A Canadian Certified Orthotist, CO(c), in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment, gait analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing complex orthotic cases independently.
A patient-centred approach and commitment to exceptional clinical outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
An interest in emerging technologies and modern orthotic practices.
A desire to contribute to a positive, progressive clinical environment.
Experienced practitioners are preferred, although we welcome applications from motivated clinicians with demonstrated clinical ability.
Dual certification in prosthetics and orthotics is an asset, but not required.
