Requirements
Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in WY.
At least three years of OR or PACU management experience; ambulatory surgery center experience strongly preferred.
Five years of OR or PACU clinical experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant experience.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS as required by the center’s patient population.
CNOR or CPAN certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with staffing, budgets, quality improvement, and clinical operations.
