Position Overview
Cary Psychology, a growing mental health practice, is seeking a clinical or counseling psychologist or neuropsychologist to join our expanding team. This opportunity arises from an increased demand for our services, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to support our mission.
Primary Service Areas
Our practice primarily provides evaluative and therapeutic services for law enforcement and public safety personnel. In addition, we are broadening our offerings to include neuropsychological evaluations for a diverse range of clients, serving individuals across the lifespan—from adolescents to geriatric populations.
Employment and Compensation
Cary Psychology values flexibility and is open to creative employment and compensation arrangements. This position could be especially suitable for a PhD or PsyD student seeking supervision and supportive early career experience.

Work Environment
The selected candidate will have access to an individual furnished office located in Cary, NC. All administrative functions are supported by shared staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Desired Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Psychology or Neuropsychology
Current North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure
Expertise in psychological testing and diagnostic evaluation
Experience and/or interest in trauma, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Experience and/or interest in working with the primary populations we serve
