- Senior Clinical Psychologist, Child Anxiety Center
Description
About EBTCS
Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle has provided evidence-based outpatient care since 2002. We are a clinician-owned practice with four specialty programs (Child Anxiety, Adult Anxiety, DBT, and Eating Disorders) united by a commitment to rigorous, compassionate, empirically supported treatment. Clinical care, research, and training are integrated across the organization, and our policies are designed to support both high-quality care for our clients and the wellbeing of our clinicians.
The Position
The Child Anxiety Center seeks a senior psychologist with established expertise in exposure-based treatment of pediatric anxiety and OCD. The role carries a minimum of 20 clinical hours per week with children, adolescents, and caregivers across our Outpatient and Intensive Programs. Treatments include ERP, CBT, SPACE, behavioral parent training, CBIT, COM-B, HRT, and evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions.
Clinicians are matched with clients according to expertise, interests, and professional goals, including complex and treatment-refractory presentations. Our administrative team manages intake, waitlists, scheduling, billing, and insurance communication, so clinicians can concentrate on patient care, scholarship, and training.
Clinical, Scholarly, and Educational Environment
- Clinical consultation: Weekly team case consultation, collaborative small-team care in our Individualized Intensive Treatment Programs, and 24/7 consultation for time-sensitive clinical situations.
- Research: An active internal research program since 2002, supported by a co-founded non-profit IRB. Clinicians may collaborate on outcomes research, publications, and conference presentations.
- Training and teaching: Opportunities to supervise and teach in our postdoctoral program and predoctoral practicum, through affiliations with local universities, and in training programs for outside clinicians and community organizations.
- Continuing education: Free in-house APA-approved CE covering most licensure renewal requirements, plus a stipend for external conferences and trainings.
- Professional pathways: Clinicians may pursue program development, research, or training roles, or focus exclusively on clinical work within the existing programs.
- Flexibility: Control over your schedule, with hybrid telehealth and in-person options.
Compensation
Total compensation for psychologists with five or more years of experience ranges from $137,500 to $206,216 (guaranteed base plus bonus), depending on years of experience and weekly clinical hours. Compensation increases with additional clinical hours. Final offers reflect licensure, training, and experience.
