Duke Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a Urogynecologist to join our Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery with practices in Durham and Raleigh, NC.

• Our division is one of the longest-standing and most respected urogynecology programs in the country, with one of the first accredited fellowships in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
• We provide state-of-the-art options for the surgical care of patients with complex Urogynecologic conditions.
• Patient care is provided at clinic locations in Durham and Wake County.
• Surgeries are performed at Duke University Hospital, Duke Raleigh Hospital, and Duke Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) across the Triangle.

Clinical responsibilities:

• 80% clinical effort including outpatient clinic and procedures, and operating room time.
• Office-based procedures include multi-channel urodynamics, intradetrusor Botox injections, posterior tibial and sacral nerve stimulation.
• Perform complex Urogynecologic surgery including vaginal and robotic-assisted repair of pelvic organ prolapse, anti-incontinence surgeries, urethral diverticula, urogenital fistulae, and revision of pelvic mesh including bladder mesh erosions.
• Fellow, resident, and medical student supervision and teaching in the clinics and OR.
• Participation in departmental Grand Rounds and M&M Conferences.

Candidate requirements include an MD/DO degree, completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology, and an ACGME-accredited fellowship in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Experienced and recently trained practitioners dedicated to compassionate patient care are encouraged to apply.
