About this role:
The Vice President of Children’s Clinical Services is a senior executive leader responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of the organization’s children’s service programs. This role ensures the effective delivery, growth, and sustainability of programs while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
The Vice President partners closely with program directors and senior leadership to strengthen operational systems, optimize program performance, and ensure programs operate efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
While the primary focus of this role will be the leadership and operational oversight of Early Intervention programs, the Vice President will also play a critical role in advancing agency-wide priorities. As a member of the executive leadership team, this position contributes to broader organizational strategy, operational planning, and cross-program collaboration to support the continued growth and effectiveness of the agency. This role may also provide strategic leadership and operational support to additional programs or service areas as organizational needs evolve.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, social work, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of executive-level leadership experience overseeing large-scale programs, operations, or service delivery within healthcare, human services, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site programs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills with experience guiding senior program leaders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial, operational, and program performance data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.
