Seed & Soothe is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is clinically driven, warm, and personable. We are building a team of therapists who show up consistently for their clients and for each other, and who want to grow a loyal, long term clientele.

Schedule:

- Flexible scheduling
- Minimum of 3 days per week

Compensation:

-$60 per hour

-No tipping. We believe massage therapy is healthcare and compensation should be fair and transparent

-Monthly retention bonus after 6 months

Location:

Downtown Madison, NJ with dedicated parking

About Seed & Soothe

Seed & Soothe is a therapist owned practice focused on clinical, neuromuscular, and results driven massage. We incorporate deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, and gua sha to help clients achieve lasting relief.

We provide hands on training in clinical techniques and teach an approach that prioritizes strong body mechanics and using your full body to do the work. The goal is to deliver effective, outcome based care while protecting your hands and supporting long term sustainability in your career.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Valid NJ LMT license
Current CPR certification
Proof of massage therapy liability insurance

All levels of experience are welcome—from recent graduates to seasoned therapists.
